DWP sells downloadable digital study material, 1:1 tutoring sessions with independent tutors (each manually reviewed and approved by us before they can list sessions), bundles of session credits, and self-paced online courses. Tutors are independent — DWP facilitates the booking, payment, and platform, but the tutoring itself is delivered by the tutor.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Some actions (booking a paid session, buying a package or course) require a verified email address.
All payments are processed in INR through Razorpay. Prices shown include everything you'll be charged unless stated otherwise. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for exactly how refunds work for each product type.
Digital products, roadmaps, and course material are for your personal, individual use only. Redistributing, reselling, publicly posting, or sharing purchased material with people who haven't paid for it is not permitted and may result in your account being suspended.
Tutors agree to show up for confirmed sessions, communicate honestly about their availability, and deliver the session type they've listed. We may suspend a tutor's listings or account for no-shows, misrepresentation, or other conduct that harms students.
DWP provides the platform connecting students, tutors, and course/product content. We aren't liable for the outcome of any individual tutoring session or for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits liability where the law doesn't allow it to be limited.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We'll update the date at the top of this page when we do.
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
